Accessibility, privacy and legal notice

Digital accessibility commitment: this site is designed under universal accessibility principles so that people with visual, motor, auditory, cognitive and autism-spectrum disabilities can navigate, understand and interact with the content without barriers. It follows the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard, with the site's main text colors also exceeding AAA contrast level.

Privacy commitment: your personal data is this author's responsibility, is handled in accordance with the GDPR, is shared only when necessary with trusted providers, and you can exercise your rights of access, rectification or erasure at any time. All content is reusable under the terms described in this document.

Accessibility measures implemented

Visual impairment and low vision

Color contrast: the text colors used on the site exceed a 7:1 ratio against the background, above the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum (4.5:1) and the AAA level (7:1) for normal text.
Alt text: informative images include descriptive alt text.
Semantic HTML: header, nav, main, article, footer, section and a coherent heading hierarchy, designed for screen readers.
Adaptive design: works at any screen size and with text zoom, with no forced horizontal scroll.

Motor disability

Keyboard navigation: the whole site is operable without a mouse (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Escape), with visible focus.
Touch targets: interactive buttons and controls measure at least 44–48px tall, making them easier to use for people with tremor, arthritis or other fine motor control difficulties.
Skip link: direct access to the main content, bypassing the header and menu.

Hearing disability

No audio-only critical content: no essential content depends exclusively on sound; any video published in the future will include subtitles.

Neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, dyslexia)

Respecting "reduce motion": if your operating system has that preference enabled, the site's animations and transitions are automatically minimized.
Readability: generous line height and letter spacing designed to reduce reading load.
Predictable navigation: no autoplay or elements that appear unexpectedly.

Color blindness

Never color alone: interface states (for example, the active language) are marked with color plus an additional icon, not just a change in hue.

Reporting issues

Accessibility issues can be reported to [email protected], indicating the page and the problem found. Resolution commitment: 72 hours from receipt of the report.

Data processed

Aggregated and anonymized usage data, via Google Analytics 4.

The site has its own contact form, which asks for name, email address, reason for contact and message. This data is used exclusively to handle and respond to the enquiry (including an automatic confirmation email), and is transmitted to the transactional email provider (Resend), which acts as a data processor under Article 28 GDPR.

The form includes hCaptcha as an anti-spam measure: when submitted, hCaptcha receives the sender's IP address and the verification challenge result, also acting as a data processor. The sender's IP address is additionally retained temporarily (a maximum of one day) for the sole purpose of limiting mass message sending (rate limiting); attempts blocked for spam, disposable email addresses or failed verification are logged in the same way, solely for security auditing purposes.

The home page includes an artificial intelligence assistant that answers questions about Víctor Cazorla Fernández's profile. The questions typed into it, together with the generated reply, are processed via Cloudflare Workers AI and logged in Cloudflare AI Gateway for the sole purpose of monitoring service quality; Cloudflare acts as a data processor under Article 28 GDPR. As with the contact form, the assistant uses hCaptcha on the first message and retains the IP address temporarily (a maximum of one day) for rate-limiting purposes. You are advised not to enter personal data into the assistant; replies are generated automatically and may contain errors.

Google Analytics 4 cookies are used for measurement purposes only, not for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Google Analytics 4 is not loaded until explicit consent is given through the cookie notice ("Accept"). If it is rejected or left unanswered, the library is not downloaded and no measurement cookie is set. The choice is remembered for 365 days in the browser's local storage and can be revoked by clearing the site's data.
